Take the free symptom check

No sign-up, no login, no name required. Twelve quick questions about how you've been feeling, your sleep, mood, periods, energy, and more, take about 2 minutes.

Nothing is stored or shared. We do not save your answers or link them to your identity.

Get your personalised result

Your answers are matched against patterns built with guidance from menopause-aware gynaecologists and an understanding of the Indian woman's context, our bodies, our families, our healthcare system, and our cultural relationship with this transition.

You'll get a clear, plain-language result explaining what your symptoms may point toward, not a diagnosis, but a starting point for understanding.

Find your next step

Her Midlife helps you understand when something warrants a doctor's visit, what to say when you get there, and what specialist support might look like. We help you bridge the gap between feeling confused and getting real care.

Explore our full guide library on every symptom, read how other Indian women are navigating the same thing in our community, and use our doctor-prep guides to walk into your appointment ready.

What makes us different

There are many general health resources online. There is only one designed specifically for Indian women navigating perimenopause.

๐Ÿ”’

Completely private

No account required. No personal data collected. Take the quiz wherever you feel safe, a quiet moment at work, from your bedroom, from anywhere. Your answers stay yours.

๐ŸŒธ

Indian context, always

Most perimenopause resources are written for Western women. Her Midlife understands India-specific onset ages, dietary context, joint family dynamics, cultural taboos, and the Indian healthcare system.

๐Ÿ’›

Clear, not clinical

We know how it feels to be dismissed, confused, and alone in this. Every result and guide is written in plain language first, medical detail second, never the other way around.

๐Ÿฅ

Bridges to real care

We are not a replacement for medical care, we're a bridge to it. We help you understand when to seek help, what to ask, and how to prepare for that conversation.

Completely free to use

Her Midlife (including the free symptom check, the full guide library, symptom information, and doctor preparation resources) is completely free. No subscription, no hidden fees, no credit card.

We believe access to good information about your own body should not be gated behind ability to pay. Every Indian woman deserves this.

In the future, we will offer optional paid connections to verified specialists, gynaecologists, menopause specialists, and therapists experienced in this transition. These will be clearly labelled and always optional.

About the product

Is the symptom check a diagnosis?
No. The quiz is a screening tool that shows whether your symptoms commonly align with perimenopause, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We always encourage you to speak with a qualified doctor or gynaecologist for personal medical decisions.
How private is the quiz really?
Completely. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, and your answers are never stored or linked to your identity. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Can Her Midlife help me find a doctor in my city?
We are working on a verified specialist directory. In the meantime, our guides can help you understand what type of specialist to look for and what questions to ask when evaluating one.
Is this service only for women already in perimenopause?
Not at all. Many women come to us wondering whether they might be in perimenopause, that's a perfectly valid place to start. The service is useful at any stage of your journey, from early questions to navigating symptoms to managing postmenopause.
What languages is Her Midlife available in?
Currently in English, with Hindi support in development. If you have a language request, please reach out to us at thesecondspringofficial@gmail.com.
